We can ship to your P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses if those addresses allow for packages to be deliveried and based on package size. * Furniture cannot be delivered to these locations. *If there is any issue delivering to these addresses we will reach out to you.
Once payment has been received and order has been processed, if a tracking number is generated we will provide that tracking number to you.
Trendziestore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Trendziestore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have a 30-day return policy. In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. we can’t offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
Items must be unworn/unwashed, new condition and in the original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns if there are any (some items there is no charge for shipping on returns). Once the item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified that the item has been received. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending upon your card issuer's policy.
